1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
CareMaid India provides home healthcare services including but not limited to:
- Patient care and attendant services
- Elderly care and companionship
- Professional nursing care (male/female)
- ICU-trained nurses
- Physiotherapy at home
- Baby care and Japa maid services
- Maid services (12-hour/24-hour)
3. Service Booking and Cancellation
3.1 Booking Process
- Services can be booked via our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We will confirm your booking within 30 minutes of receiving your request
- You must provide accurate information about the patient's condition and requirements
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before service start: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
- We reserve the right to cancel services in case of safety concerns
4. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or online payment
- Advance payment may be required for certain services
- Monthly packages require payment at the beginning of each month
- All prices are subject to change with prior notice
- Additional charges may apply for emergency or last-minute bookings
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the patient's medical condition
- Ensure a safe working environment for our caregivers
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity
- Inform us immediately of any changes in the patient's condition
- Not ask our staff to perform tasks outside their job description
- Make timely payments as per the agreed terms
6. Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Provide trained and verified caregiving staff
- Conduct police verification and background checks on all staff
- Replace caregivers within 24 hours if they are unsuitable or unavailable
- Maintain confidentiality of your personal and medical information
- Provide 24/7 customer support
- Ensure our staff follows professional standards and ethics
7. Staff Replacement
If you are not satisfied with the assigned caregiver, we will provide a replacement within 24 hours at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be made within the first 48 hours of service commencement.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible care:
- We are not liable for medical decisions made by patients or their families
- Our caregivers follow instructions from qualified medical professionals
- We are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions
- Emergency medical situations should be handled by calling emergency services (108/102)
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information. Our staff is trained to respect privacy and will not disclose any personal or medical information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Our staff faces harassment, abuse, or unsafe working conditions
- False information was provided during booking
- Client violates any terms of this agreement
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CareMaid India and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
